Do you build/sell computers?

Yes, we listen to you and determine what you want out of your new computer.  Based on those needs we can provide a solution customized specifically for you.

Do you have an hourly rate or a flat fee?

The answer is both.  We prefer to charge a flat $149 fee for our services that includes many value added features such as free pickup and delivery, free diagnostic and a free 4GB basic data backup.  In the event any hardware replacement is required to complete the repair we will call for your authorization before any additional components charges are incurred.

However, if you prefer for us to complete any repairs for you on site then we do charge at our hourly rate of $75/hr.  We prefer to take your computer back to our lab, perform a full diagnostic, and then give you a firm estimate.  If for any reason you opt to decline the service or if you are not satisfied with the estimate, we will bring the equipment back to you free of charge.

Can you work on my machine at my home/business?

Yes, we can, but it is subject to our hourly rate of $75/hr.

Some procedures such as system diagnostic scans and virus/spyware removal for instance can be very time consuming.  If these processes are performed at your home or business they can take four to six hours or more in some cases to complete.

Your time is valuable, and we feel like those operations would be better done at our lab and not tying up your afternoon.   

Can you fix/setup my network?  How much will you charge?

Yes, our base rate is $75/hr.; most simple home networking, (2 computers sharing an internet connection and a networked printer), can be completed within the first hour.  Other rates around town are $159 for the same procedure with additional charges for additional computers or devices added.

Do you sell software?

Yes.  Please let us know what titles you are looking for and we will get you our current price list.

How long have you been in business?

We incorporated in 2009; however, our technicians have serviced the Shreveport/Bossier area for over 15 years.

How long do repairs take?

Every problem is different, and the length of repair is determined by the specific problem.  That being said, typical turnaround is 2-3 business days.

After diagnosis, you will be contacted with an estimate on repair time, and any material cost, if any, for hardware component replacements or upgrades.

Are you insured?

Yes, our company is insured for both transportation and possession of your hardware.  We do not, however, offer insurance replacement on any data loss.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes, our work is warrantied for period of 30 days for any service we perform on your machine.  This warranty includes return service, and if we cannot solve the problem, we will cheerfully refund your money.
